Experiencing Heart IQ Circle Work was nothing short of profound... where deep listening, attuned touch, movement, and raw expression replaced the numbing and suppression of modern life.
I was confronted with difficult truths and shadow aspects of myself, yet in the safety of the field, I was able to face them, move through them, and step into liberation.
A simple yet powerful exercise on co-regulation helped me realize that my attempts to connect through words weren't enough. What she needed was presence, attuned physical touch, and deep listening beyond words.
