Most of us are moving through life holding up a thimble. We long for closeness, and something in us braces the moment it arrives. We want to be met, and we shut down when the meeting gets real. When that happens, our experience of life narrows into scarcity, tension, and a quiet sense of isolation, even when there is love all around us.
What I have seen again and again is that the issue is rarely what is available to you.
It is what you are able to receive.
So these 90 days do not begin by trying to get you more. They begin by working with the vessel itself, your nervous system and your relational capacity,
gradually turning the thimble into a bucket, the bucket into a swimming pool, and the swimming pool into an ocean, so that more of life can move through you without overwhelming you or being shut out.
You've read the books. Maybe you've sat in therapy, or been on retreat. And yet in the moments that matter most, the vulnerable conversation, the argument that keeps looping back, the closeness you long for and then pull away from, something still doesn't quite land.
Most of us assume the problem is that we lack love, or support, or the right connection. What I have found is that the missing piece is rarely more knowledge, and it isn't really skill either. It's capacity: the ability to stay open when your system wants to shut down, to hold more feeling without collapsing or going numb, and to stay here in the moments that have always tipped you into running or hiding.

So many of us live in what I call functional freeze. We look productive and social and competent, while underneath we are bracing and a little numb, and the tension has been there so long it has become white noise we no longer hear.
We just call it "normal."

You say you're "fine", but you feel slightly numb most of the time.

Nothing opens without safety first. You slow everything down and let your body lead instead of your mind, building the foundational skill the whole journey rests on: tracking what's alive in you, moment to moment.

Everything left unsaid costs you energy and intimacy. You learn the emotional-hygiene practice that turns unspoken truths into repair instead of resentment, the bare facts and their impact, with no story or projection.
You learn to translate even your hardest moments into medicine, and you meet the Dare to Share Protocol, the core communication practice that runs through the rest of the journey.
Meet Stuart, your intelligent energetic defence system, the perimeter that keeps others out and keeps all of you from being expressed. It softens through six qualities: Safety, Trust, Understanding, Awareness, Relaxation and Tenderness. The practice this week is acknowledgement, which lets love land beneath the armour.
Self-responsibility without shame or collapse. You move from acknowledgement into counter-ownership, seeing honestly where you co-create the very dynamics that hurt, and learn to give and receive feedback as care.
You enter the territory of shadow, the parts of yourself you've judged, denied, or exiled, and discover the gold hidden inside what you've refused to feel. The judgements you already carry become a map.
The deepest layer. Naming the thing you most don't want anyone to know, and discovering you still belong, becomes one of the most freeing experiences in the whole programme.
Everything integrates on the mat. Using music and the full range of emotion, you surrender into being witnessed, and discover the meeting point, the third body that emerges when two people fully meet. An integration week then carries you across the finish line.

My early life was shaped by intensity and a lack of safety, experiences that later showed up as anxiety, panic, and a deep sense of inner disconnection.

Heart iQ Mastery is a structured training that expands your capacity to feel, to stay open in conflict, and to receive the love and connection that's already here for you. The work isn't about getting you more, it's about increasing what you can hold.
It combines daily video lessons, somatic practices, relational exercises, daily embodiment practice, and group circle work across 12 progressive weeks.
This is not a communication course, it's a nervous system training that expands your capacity to stay open so behaviour naturally reorganises.
