There is a quiet knowing many of us carry.

Despite all our growth, insight, and self-work, something essential is still missing.

When life tightens…
when relationships get charged…
when intimacy or conflict asks more of us than we can hold…

We still lose ourselves.
We still close, harden, collapse, or defend.

Heart iQ exists because this isn’t a personal failure.
It’s a cultural one...

What Heart iQ Actually Is

Heart iQ is not a method.
It’s not therapy.
It’s not self-improvement.

It’s a relational intelligence that humans once had—and largely forgot.

An intelligence that allows us to:

  • stay open without losing boundaries

  • feel deeply without being overwhelmed

  • take responsibility without self-attack

  • meet others without fixing, pleasing, or dominating

  • sense what is happening beneath words

  • feel and respond to what is alive between us

Heart iQ is the capacity to remain human in moments where we usually stop being human.

“You are me, cleverley camouflaged as you...
We are each other's medicine

Christian Pankhurst, Founder of Heart iQ

Why Circle is at the Heart of Heart iQ?

Most personal growth work happens in isolation.

We reflect.
We journal.
We process internally.

But there are parts of us we simply cannot see on our own.

In Heart iQ, circle is not about performance, fixing, or becoming someone else.

It’s a relational mirror — a place where who we are is reflected back to us with honesty, care, and depth.

In this short video, Christian shares why circle work sits at the heart of Heart iQ, and how gathering together — when held well — accelerates self-awareness, healing, and a deeper sense of belonging.

You don’t need to understand everything you hear here.

This is an introduction to the terrain you’ll begin to explore during the 90-Day Challenge.

Why This Work Is Needed Now

We live in a time where:

  • information is everywhere

  • nervous systems are overloaded

  • relationships are under strain

  • communities fracture easily

  • and many people feel alone, even when surrounded

We have tools for individual healing.

We have language for personal growth.

What we largely lack is a shared way of being together that can hold truth, difference, emotion, and complexity without breaking down.

Heart iQ is the response to that gap.

Not as an ideology. Not as a belief system. But as a practice.

The Heart iQ Academy Journey

The Heart iQ Academy - 90 Day Challenge is the entry point into this body of work.

It’s a 90-day immersion designed to help you:

  • become more honest with yourself

  • recognise how pain and conditioning move through you, so you can keep your heart open

  • sense what’s happening in your body, not just your mind

  • stay present when things get uncomfortable

  • relate without blame or withdrawal

  • and experience what happens when humans meet each other with awareness

This is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you.

It’s about restoring your capacity to stay present with what’s real.

From Self to Relationship to “We”

Heart iQ has three 'practice' layers:

  • Personal practice – learning to track and stay with your inner experience

  • Relational practice – learning to meet another without collapsing or armouring

  • Circle practice – learning how consciousness behaves when humans gather in a group

Something shifts when people stop relating only as individuals.

You begin to feel:

  • the emotional and energetic field between people

  • how unspoken dynamics move groups

  • how coherence forms—or breaks

  • how leadership emerges naturally when presence is shared

This is not theory. It’s lived.

Make Your Relationship a Sacred Circle

Every relationship holds three entities: you, your partner, and the living field between you. Most tend to themselves or the other, but forget to nurture the “us.”

This training teaches you how to co-facilitate that shared space — to listen, attune, repair, and respond to what your relationship needs in real time.

Discover how to bring Heart iQ principles into your partnership — and build a resilient, attuned, and deeply connected couple field.

Create Connection-Driven Community

You don’t need a certification to hold meaningful space. If you feel called to gather others in presence — in sisterhood, brotherhood, healing, or expression — this is your foundation.

Whether you host a weekly circle in your living room or want to anchor a conscious community project, this course gives you the practical skills and cultural tools to begin.

Whether you want to run retreats, grow your community, or expand your offerings, this training sets the foundation.

As in Circle, As in Life

Everything you learn in this course applies to the real world — the school run, the boardroom, the fight with your partner, the creative dream that scares you.

This is a culture, a language, a way of being that helps you live more fully, love more honestly, and lead more wisely.

This is not a method you use sometimes. This is a new way of living — from the inside out.

Amplify Your Purpose

This training is for purpose-driven humans who want to make an impact — by learning to show up more consciously, communicate more clearly, and navigate group dynamics with grace.

This is where your inner growth meets outer leadership.

Use what you learn here to amplify your work, your family culture, your team, or your vision — without needing to change your title.

Your Heart iQ Academy Journey at A Glance

PART 1

The 90-Day Challenge

At the core of the Heart iQ Academy journey is the 90-Day Challenge — a guided, self-led online immersion designed to bring the practices and culture of Heart iQ into your lived, everyday experience.

Each week, you’ll receive three core practices:

  • a personal practice, supporting self-awareness, embodiment, and emotional responsibility

  • a relational practice, designed to be explored with a partner, friend, or practice buddy

  • a circle practice, introducing the foundations of Heart iQ circle work and shared group space

Every practice comes with clear guidance, worksheets, and video demonstrations, so you can follow the steps with ease and apply the work practically — not just understand it conceptually.

You’re encouraged to explore the practices with others, as relational and group work often deepens the experience. At the same time, all participation is self-led and self-organised. You choose whether to practice solo, with a loved one, or in a pod. We don’t assign partners or manage groups — autonomy and responsibility are part of the learning.

Alongside the weekly practices, Christian releases optional supplemental video lessons throughout the week for those who want to deepen their understanding, refine their practice, or receive more transmission. These are there to support you — not to overwhelm you — and everything is designed to be flexible around real life.

Throughout the 90 days, you’ll also have access to ongoing Q&A support. At the end of each lesson, there’s space to ask questions and reflect, and Christian and the team respond directly, helping you integrate the work as it unfolds.

The challenge is delivered through a mobile-friendly community platform and dedicated Heart iQ app, where learning happens alongside connection. Many participants find that practicing together — even informally — leads to meaningful relationships, lasting friendships, and a strong sense of belonging as they move through the journey.

This 90-day challenge introduces the essential skills of Heart iQ — communication, embodiment, relational awareness, and circle fundamentals — in a way that is grounded, practical, and applicable across personal, relational, and professional contexts.

PART 2

Live Online Gatherings: Transmission & Practice

The Foundations journey is supported by two live online gatherings each month, designed to balance deep transmission with practical integration.

Monthly Live Circle Gathering with Christian

Once a month, the community gathers in a live 90-minute circle space facilitated by Christian, founder of Heart iQ.

These gatherings are not lectures or pre-set classes. They are emergent, present-moment circles — spaces to be encircled together, to sense the collective field, and to deepen into the culture and consciousness of Heart iQ as it’s lived and practiced.

Each gathering typically includes:

  • a short embodiment or arrival practice

  • a guided relational or circle-based exploration

  • open space for sharing, reflection, and inquiry

Rather than following a fixed agenda, these circles meet what is alive in the group. They offer orientation, resonance, and a felt transmission of the work — not just learning about Heart iQ, but being inside it together.

Monthly Practice & Integration Session (Team-Led)

Alongside the live circle with Christian, you’ll also be invited to a monthly team-led practice and integration session.

These sessions are more structured and practical, offering space to:

  • work directly with the practices

  • ask questions and receive clarification

  • deepen embodiment and application

  • integrate the material into daily life and relationships

Facilitated by experienced members of the Heart iQ team, these gatherings support skill-building, confidence, and consistency — helping the work land not just as insight, but as lived practice.

PART 3

The Heart iQ Experience
Virtual Retreat Series

As part of the Heart iQ Academy journey, you’ll be invited to attend The Heart iQ Experience — a series of three-day immersive retreat experiences, presented live online.

These retreats offer a deeper, embodied transmission of the work — bringing together practice, presence, and shared field in an extended format that mirrors the rhythm of an in-person retreat.

All Academy participants are strongly encouraged to attend the Core Edition, as it forms the experiential backbone of the Heart iQ approach and underpins everything else in the work.

In addition to the Core Edition, you’ll also have access to two optional themed editions, which you’re welcome to attend if and when they feel relevant to you.

Each retreat is hosted live via Zoom, with participants gathering together in real time. While the material draws from previously recorded retreat content, the experience itself is held live — creating a shared field, collective rhythm, and sense of being together rather than passively watching recordings.

You’re not expected to attend everything - and replay recordings are available in your library.

These retreats are invitations — available to support your journey at the depth and pace that’s right for you.

More Participant Experiences

"Eye-opening is the best way to describe this work. I was confronted with difficult truths and shadow aspects of myself, yet in the safety of the field, I was able to face them, move through them, and step into liberation. The experience was deeply transformative, and I’m leaving with so much to carry forward into my life."

Anselm Achberger

"Every Heart iQ retreat leaves me with a full heart and a renewed sense of possibility. It has expanded my capacity to feel, express, and connect more deeply than anything else in my life. The experience is nothing short of magical, and Christian and Sumir are masterful facilitators who hold the space with unwavering presence."

Sasha Langesfeld

"Experiencing Heart IQ Circle Work was nothing short of profound. It felt like stepping into an ancient way of healing—where deep listening, attuned touch, movement, and raw expression replaced the numbing and suppression of modern life. In this masterfully held space, I confronted and embraced parts of myself I had long rejected, receiving imprints of compassion that redefined how I want to live. Witnessing others in their liberation became my own. This wasn’t just personal healing—it was a portal for collective awakening."

Karmen Kovic

“One of the biggest gifts I received from my time with Christian was learning to trust my body as a guide for authentic connection. A simple yet powerful exercise on co-regulation helped me realize that my attempts to connect with my partner through words weren’t enough—what she needed was presence, attuned physical touch, and deep listening beyond words. That night, I simply held her, and like magic, we refound our connection. Since then, this practice has transformed how we relate—bringing more depth, presence, and ease into our relationship. I’m deeply grateful for this unexpected yet life-changing gift."

Meet Christian...

Before I could walk this path with others, I had to walk it myself.

I’m Christian Pankhurst, founder of Heart iQ™, and I’ll be accompanying you through this Foundations journey.

My early life was shaped by intensity and a lack of safety — experiences that later showed up as anxiety, panic, and a deep sense of inner disconnection.

What began as a personal search for relief slowly became a deeper inquiry into what helps us stay open, present, and human in connection — especially when things get challenging.

Over the last 20 years, that inquiry has evolved into Heart iQ™: a body-based, relational approach to personal and collective healing that’s now practiced by individuals, couples, and groups around the world.

The work draws from both Eastern and Western traditions, but its heart is simple — creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be real, and supported enough to open.

I don’t see myself as someone who fixes or heals others.

My role is to help create the conditions where your own intelligence, capacity, and goodness can emerge.

I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to meeting you in the work.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for people who feel the limits of self-work alone.

For those who sense that:

  • healing must include relationship
  • consciousness must include the body
  • and growth must include community

You don’t need to be “ready.”

You don’t need to be healed.

You don’t need to know where this leads.

Only to feel a genuine yes.

Tuition & Pricing

A Contribution-Based Entry into the Work

This first step into Heart iQ is offered through contribution, not fixed pricing.

The culture we’re creating asks for a different relationship with value, access, and responsibility — one rooted in honesty, trust, and shared care.

Minimum contribution: €500

Most participants contribute: €750–€1,250

Higher contributions are welcome for those who feel resourced and inspired to support wider access to the work.

There is no upper limit.

You’re invited to contribute in a way that reflects:

  • your current financial capacity

  • the depth and scope of what you’re receiving

  • and your desire to support this work being accessible to others

Your contribution level does not affect what you receive.

Payment Options

You may choose between:

  • a one-time contribution of €500 or more

  • or a 3-month contribution plan, aligned with the 90-day Academy journey

Payment plan options are available at checkout and allow you to spread your contribution across the container.

Participating with Your Partner

If you’re a couple living in the same household, you’re welcome to:

Each registration includes access to a single account. If you register as a couple, you’ll be sharing that access together. We will not provide additional accounts to partners.

A Second Moment of Contribution

At the end of the 90-day journey, you’ll be invited to reflect on the value you received.

If you feel moved to support the work further, you’ll have the option to make an additional contribution — entirely optional, and offered as an invitation rather than an expectation.

Others attend for the first time through this invitation.

Both are welcome.

For many, this live experience becomes:

  • a moment of deep integration

  • a relational turning point

  • or the doorway into ongoing Fellowship, Mentoring, or Couples pathways

There’s no pressure and no expectation — only an invitation to experience the work in the field, together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Start with the essentials. More detail is grouped below.

Who is this for?

This Foundations journey is for people who feel a pull toward deeper presence, more honest connection, and a more embodied way of being with themselves and others.

It’s for individuals, couples, and professionals who sense that insight alone isn’t enough — and who are ready to practice staying open, connected, and responsible in real life.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Curiosity, sincerity, and a willingness to engage are enough.

Do I need prior experience with Heart iQ, therapy, or group work?

No.

This is designed as an entry point into the Heart iQ world.

The practices are introduced step by step, with clear guidance and support. Whether this is your first structured inner work journey or you’ve been exploring personal development for years, you’ll be met where you are.

How much time does this take each week?

If you follow the weekly core rhythm — the personal, relational, and circle practices — most people spend around 2–3 hours per week watching the core videos and exploring the practices.

If you’d like to go deeper, there are also optional supplemental videos released during the week. Many people choose to engage with these for around 20–30 minutes a day, but this is entirely optional.

The live calls are an additional 90 minutes long and the virtual retreats run over 3 days (Friday–Sunday).

You’re encouraged to engage in a way that fits your life, not to keep up with everything.

Is this a cohort, or can I join at any time?

This is open enrollment. You can join at any time.

People enter the Foundations journey at different moments and move through it at different paces. The work is designed to meet whoever is present, whenever you arrive.

There’s no comparison, no catching up to others, and no fixed start or end date you’re measured against.

Can couples participate together?

Yes. If you’re a couple living in the same household, you’re welcome to register once and share access to the Foundations journey if that feels right for you.

In that case, you’ll share one account and are responsible for watching the videos, engaging with the practices, and exploring the work together in whatever way suits you. We don’t manage or administer shared access — it’s entirely self-organised.

What are the live virtual retreat experiences?

The live virtual retreats are three-day immersive experiences held once per month online via Zoom.

We rotate through the three Heart iQ Experience editions:

  • Core Edition
  • Love, Relationships & You
  • Facilitator Edition

Within your Foundations container, you’ll always have access to: one Core experience, one Love, Relationships & You experience, and one Facilitator experience.

Upcoming dates are shared after registration, and you’ll be able to choose which weekends work best for you.

The retreats typically run from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon. They’re designed to be experienced live, and recordings are available.

Is there an extra cost to attend the live, in-person experience?

There is no additional tuition fee for the live, in-person Heart iQ Experience.

Your Foundations participation includes a complimentary event ticket, valued at over €1,000 per person, with the option to attend together with a partner or close friend.

If you attend in person:

  • Travel is your responsibility
  • Meals & accommodation are arranged and paid independently

New Eden (Netherlands): Please budget approximately €500 per person for three nights of shared accommodation and meals.

Casa Sagrada (Colorado): Accommodation is booked independently. Participants purchase an on-site lunch and snack package (non-refundable) to confirm attendance. Please budget approximately $250 per person.

What’s the refund policy?

Heart iQ Foundations is a lived, experiential journey. We ask participants to arrive with intention and to engage actively.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of registration, provided that:

  • you have actively engaged with the Foundations journey, and
  • you submit a short reflection confirming that you participated and that the program is not the right fit for you at this time.

Active engagement can include any of the following:

  • attending a live call (or watching a replay)
  • participating in a weekly practice
  • engaging with the Foundations platform or community

We do not track attendance or participation. We trust your self-assessment.

After 14 days, all contributions are considered final.

Fit & Readiness
Is this suitable for facilitators, coaches, or therapists?

Yes. Many facilitators, coaches, and therapists take part in Foundations — not as training to “fix” others, but as a way to deepen their own capacity, presence, and relational awareness.

While this is not a certification program, the skills and practices are directly applicable in professional contexts, especially for those working with people or groups.

What if I’m not sure I want to go deep — is this still appropriate?

Yes. There’s no expectation to push yourself beyond what feels right.

This journey is built around choice and self-responsibility. You decide how deeply you engage, which practices you explore, and how you pace yourself.

Depth tends to emerge naturally when people feel safe and supported — not because they’re forced.

What if I’m already doing other personal development or healing work?

That’s completely fine. Many participants are already engaged in other practices, therapies, or spiritual paths.

Heart iQ doesn’t replace what you’re doing — it complements it by focusing on how you stay present and connected, especially in relationship and group settings.

You’re invited to integrate this work in a way that supports your existing journey.

Rhythm, Access & Support
Are the live online calls mandatory?

No. Nothing in Foundations is mandatory.

The live online circle gatherings are there to support practice, connection, and integration — but they are optional.

Some people attend regularly, others join occasionally, and some not at all. You choose what feels right for you.

What if I fall behind or need to take a break?

That’s completely okay.

Life happens. You can take time off, slow down, or pause — and return when you’re ready. We intentionally build spaciousness into the journey, including lighter weekends for integration and catch-up.

The weekly rhythm is offered as a metronome, not a rule. Consistency matters more than speed, and you’re encouraged to find a pace that’s sustainable for you.

Will I still have access to the material after the 90 days?

Yes. You receive lifetime access to the digital course materials.

The 90 days refers to the held container — the live circles, retreats, and active facilitation window — not to your access to the content itself.

You’re welcome to return to the material, practices, and teachings as often as you like.

What if I want more support applying this work in my life?

Foundations is designed to teach the practices and introduce the culture of Heart iQ.

For those who want deeper support, mentoring, and guidance in applying this work in everyday life, we offer the Heart iQ Fellowship — a year-long mentoring space for individuals, couples, and leaders who want to go deeper.

Foundations is a complete journey on its own. The Fellowship is there for those who want more hand-holding and long-term coaching, integration and mentorship.

Learn more about the Fellowship

Couples, Retreats, Calls & Contribution
Do we need to register separately?

If you are a couple in the same household, you can share access on one account.

If you live in different locations, it makes sense to register separately and have your own account. This is the recommended approach as it means you can each ask questions and receive personalised support.

Each registration comes with a ticket to the Live in-person Heart iQ Experience and includes a partner ticket, so whether you opt for shared access or have your own account, either way, you are both welcome to attend the retreat.

Please be aware that each of you will need to pay for a meal package (USA) & meal and accommodation package (New Eden)

How does the live, in-person Heart iQ Experience work for couples?

The live, in-person Heart iQ Experience is not live-streamed. It’s designed to be experienced physically, together, in community.

Your Foundations participation includes a complimentary ticket to attend a live Heart iQ Experience, and couples are welcome to attend together.

If you register once as a couple:

  • you may attend the live experience together using the included invitation
  • each person covers their own food, accommodation, and travel

Many couples choose this option as a way to step into the work side by side and experience the live field together.

If you’d like individual accounts (for separate platform access or independent continuation into other pathways), you’re welcome to register separately — but this is not required in order to attend the live event together.

Do I need to attend the virtual retreats within the 90 days?

No. While the Foundations container is held over 90 days, the virtual retreat experiences are flexible.

If you can’t attend a particular weekend, you can simply register for a later date. You don’t need to complete all retreats within the initial 90-day window.

Do I need to attend all three virtual retreat editions?

No. There’s no requirement to attend all three — or any — of the virtual retreats.

That said, we strongly recommend attending the Core Edition, as it forms the experiential foundation of the work.

Beyond that:

  • If you’re in a relationship, you may find Love, Relationships & You especially supportive.
  • If you’re a coach, therapist, or facilitator, the Facilitator Edition may be particularly relevant.

You’re invited to choose what best supports your journey.

What do I need in order to participate in a virtual retreat?

You’ll need:

  • a Zoom account
  • a space where you can be seen, move, and be present

While you can attend solo, many people find it powerful to join with a partner or friend, or host a small “watch party” with a pod of up to eight people.

This allows you to explore the practices and circle work together in real time, from your own space.

How does the live, in-person Heart iQ Experience work?

There are currently two live, in-person Heart iQ Experiences scheduled:

  • October 1–4 at New Eden, Netherlands
  • November 5–8 at Casa Sagrada, Loveland, Colorado (USA)

After registering for Foundations, you’ll receive an invitation by email and WhatsApp to confirm whether you’d like to attend one of these events and claim your place.

Once confirmed:

  • for New Eden, you’ll be guided to arrange your food and accommodation on site
  • for Casa Sagrada, you’ll be invited to secure your place by purchasing the on-site meal package, which confirms your attendance

Travel and accommodation are arranged independently.

Is the live, in-person experience live-streamed?

No. The in-person Heart iQ Experience is not live-streamed.

It’s designed to be experienced physically, in shared space, and in circle. Being in the live field together is a central part of the experience.

Are there payment plans?

Yes.

You can choose between:

  • a one-time contribution of €500 or more
  • or a 3-month contribution plan, spread across the Foundations journey

At checkout, you’ll see several monthly options (for example €250, €333, €500, or €666 per month), allowing you to contribute at a level that feels aligned without needing to pay it all at once.

There are no long-term payment plans beyond the three months.

Is there a minimum or maximum contribution?

The minimum contribution is €500. There is no upper limit.

Most people choose a total contribution between €750–€1,250, but you’re welcome to contribute more if you feel resourced and inspired to support wider access to this work.

Your contribution level does not change what you receive.

How do I know how much to contribute?

We invite you to choose your contribution through honest self-reflection, not pressure.

Capacity is shaped by income, savings, stability, debt, health, dependents, and access to support. In a sliding-scale model, those with greater capacity help make the work accessible to those with less — and we trust you to know where you stand.

There’s no application process and no explanation required.

Can I contribute more later if I want to?

Yes. There are two moments of contribution in this journey:

  • At registration, when you choose your initial contribution
  • At the end, when you’ll be invited to reflect on the value you received

If you feel the experience gave you more than you anticipated — and you’d like to further support the work — you’ll have the option to make an additional contribution.

This is entirely optional and offered as an invitation, not an expectation.

Will I be treated differently based on what I contribute?

No.

Your contribution amount is private and does not affect your access, the support you receive, or how you’re met in the space.

This work is held in trust, not hierarchy.

How many live calls are included in the Foundations journey?

Your Foundations participation includes, within your container:

  • 3 live circle gatherings with Christian
  • 3 live practice & integration calls facilitated by the Heart iQ team

These calls are spread across your journey and are designed to support learning, embodiment, and real-life integration.

Who facilitates the live calls?

The monthly circle gatherings are facilitated live by Christian (throughout 2026).

The practice-focused sessions are facilitated by the Heart iQ team, offering structured guidance, skill-building, and integration support.

What are the call times?

Live calls are scheduled to be accessible for participants in Europe, the UK, and North America.

Timing:

  • Europe: 7pm
  • UK: 6pm
  • USA: 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern

Exact dates and times for your period are shared after registration.

All live calls are recorded if you can't make it live.

The Final Invitation

This isn’t just another training. It’s a turning point.

If something in you feels the pull — a knowing, a quickening, a quiet “yes” — this is your invitation to follow it.

Whether you’re ready to expand your impact, deepen your embodiment, or finally feel part of a community that gets you, this journey will meet you where you are… and take you where you’re meant to go.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.

We can’t wait to meet you.
